Hi, I’m Cynthia and creating We Connect Latina Autism Network was inspired by my 5+ years as a behavior technician, where I gained expertise in autism and child development. My passion grew stronger through my best friends unique journey with my nephew Jayce. Together we’re building a supportive space for our Latino community.

Beverly Cepeda
Hello, I’m Beverly, a proud mother of five including my son Jayce, who was diagnosed with autism in 2019 when he was two. His diagnosis brought a whirlwind of emotions, leaving me worried an searching for ways to help him. I immersed myself in learning about autism, feeling like no one truly understood my family’s journey. Now, I want to share my experiences and knowledge with other Latina moms in our community. I understand the highs and lows that come with this diagnosis and together, we got this mamas!

Michelle Silverio
I am Michelle Silverio, mommy of 3 boys including Zion who was diagnosed with Autism at 23 months. Since then, my husband and I have diligently worked to get him all the support and resources available to him. We have been blessed to see doors open and watch our son bloom through countless therapy sessions. Although every day brings with it, it’s waves of emotions, we do our utmost best to see Zion meet milestones and thrive in his development. At We Connect Latina Autism Moms Network we want to foster support and a judgement free community.
